1. Roll Call<\/p>\n
a. Mike Lilley called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.\u00a0<\/p>\n
2. Approval of the Minutes:<\/p>\n
a. Board members affirmed reading of last month\u2019s minutes electronically.\u00a0<\/p>\n
b. Bill Engelstad moved\u2014Mike Huber Seconded—The minutes from<\/p>\n
October were unanimously approved.<\/p>\n
3. Financial Report to the end of October<\/p>\n
a. Mike Lilley read the financial report.<\/p>\n
b. Mike Lilley reported there are two members becoming delinquent and if<\/p>\n
they do not pay will eventually have there water turned off.<\/p>\n
c. Mike Huber moved \u2013Bill seconded—The financial report was approved<\/p>\n
with a unanimous vote.\u00a0<\/p>\n
4. Public Input<\/p>\n
a. Bill Engelstad reported that the sewer repairs are completed and working<\/p>\n
well. A new pump and vent were installed.<\/p>\n
b. Cyndie Winchell was unanimously voted in as President of the Water<\/p>\n
District.\u00a0<\/p>\n
5. New Business<\/p>\n
a. Paterson Enterprises completed warranty work on a water line hooking<\/p>\n
water to the upper level homes. Apparently a defective fitting came apart<\/p>\n
at the buster pump. A new fitting was installed. It took several days for<\/p>\n
the homeowners to wash out the dirt and mud out of there water systems.<\/p>\n
We had to have Brian chlorinate the system once again.\u00a0<\/p>\n
b. The cul-de-sac leading up to the well house is showing some erosion that<\/p>\n
will likely get worse as time goes on, especially in the spring due to water<\/p>\n
run off. It was established that we will have grass planted all along the<\/p>\n
area as a preventive measure.\u00a0<\/p>\n
c. We discussed the newsletter that will be going out to the Home Owners<\/p>\n
soon regarding water rate increases for next year.\u00a0<\/p>\n
d. Mike Huber moved—Bill seconded—-The meeting unanimously<\/p>\n
adjourned.\u00a0<\/p>\n
