Board Members Present: Mike Lilley, Bill Engelstad, Cynthia Winchell, & Tom Walter<\/p>\n
Also attending: Paula Niccum\u00a0<\/p>\n
Roll Call\u2014Mike Lilley called to order the meeting at 7:00 pm, Bill Engelstad Seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Cindy Winchell presented the Financials: Bill Engelstad motioned to approve the<\/p>\n
financials, Tom seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Minutes of the last meeting were not read due to a computer glitch. They will be read in<\/p>\n
a future meeting.\u00a0<\/p>\n
New Business:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Adam from Paterson Construction informed Mike Lilley the landscaping and fencing are<\/p>\n
at their final stages and should be completed within the month.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Adam also suggests our district to install an isolation valve on the water hydrant on<\/p>\n
Sunnyside ct, and install a blow off valve on one of the hydrants on Lurch lane. Both<\/p>\n
will cost the district approximately $7500.\u00a0<\/p>\n
2010 projected budget was discussed and will be further evaluated. According to Mike<\/p>\n
Lilley we may have to adjust rates to cover the expected costs. With the new water<\/p>\n
system installed some unforeseen costs of operation may be an issue. This will be<\/p>\n
discussed in future meetings to come.\u00a0<\/p>\n
