Board Members Present: Mike Lilley, Bill Engelstad, Mike Huber, Cynthia Winchell, &<\/p>\n
Tom Walter. Also present was Paula Niccum.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Roll call—Mike Lilley called to the meeting to order at 7:00P pm. Cindy approved and<\/p>\n
Mike Huber seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Meeting agenda:<\/p>\n
A. Minutes from February meeting were approved. Mike Huber made the<\/p>\n
motion and Cindy Winchell seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
B. Financials were presented by both Cindy Winchell and Mike Lilley;<\/p>\n
Bill Engelstad made the motion to approve the financials and Mike<\/p>\n
Huber seconded.\u00a0<\/p>\n
C. Paula Niccum approached the board requesting advice on continuing<\/p>\n
the Sunny Meadows Home Owner Association. We discussed ways to<\/p>\n
encourage people to vote either to keep the association or abandon it.<\/p>\n
We also discussed what the impact would be to discontinue it, such as<\/p>\n
will people be starting their own businesses in the neighborhood,<\/p>\n
building rentals on their lot, renting their house out, etc. We discussed<\/p>\n
the need for everyone to participate in the decision one way or the<\/p>\n
other.\u00a0<\/p>\n
D. New Well Status: Paterson Construction has requested that we pay the<\/p>\n
retaining fund held till the job was finished. It was the board\u2019s<\/p>\n
decision to pay them the $19,800. The board is very satisfied as to the<\/p>\n
results. The only thing completing the new well project is the<\/p>\n
landscaping.\u00a0<\/p>\n
