Roll Call<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">a. President, Mike Lilley, called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. To prioritize Josh and Craig\u2019s time, items involving them were moved forward on the<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">agenda:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">a. New business\u2026Engineering (1) , (2), Project Schedule, &amp; (3) Draws, along with Old<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Business\u2026(1) EPA Well Status &amp; (2) Meter Replacement<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">i. PROJECT SCHEDULE: Work shut down August 25th and stopped the contract. A<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">tentative tank delivery date was set Sept. 22.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">1. The tank delivery date is scheduled Oct 20.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">2. A one-day project to install the flooring will be completed prior to that date.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">3. Landscaping and the fencing will probably be impossible as winter weather<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">approaches. It will likely happen in the spring. Therefore, the project will<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">not be final until spring.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">4. Due to equipment on the road, trash hauling and storage overnight has<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">caused bear visits. Bill will address the frustrating situation with his<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">neighbors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">5. The tank will take approximately four weeks to erect and an additional<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">week to test.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">ii. EPA WELL STATUS: Not all of the water testing is complete, however, the well is<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">fully in place.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">1. The 900 feet of piping became 1020 feet once the area was surveyed, so it<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">will cost about $3000 more.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">2. Electrical service on the booster line for NW Energy will connect soon. It<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">was insulated today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">3. The Army Corps of Engineers has gotten 99% of the information to Craig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">4. Tom inquired about using a single vs. 3-phase pump. Craig explained there<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">would be no savings and that moving the electrical about 30 feet cost $1000<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">already. For the size of the well pumps, we have a good system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">5. Bill was assured that the well landscaping will be accomplished with a<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">separate contract with the EPA.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">iii. FINANCIALS\/DRAWS<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">1. Materials and storage payment was billed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">2. Drawing on the DNRC grant for the booster station included invoices for<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">$119,000.00 and waterworks $29,675.00. A total of $141,780.85 was<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">discussed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">3. Mike L. and Craig sorted financial papers to be kept by each of them.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">iv. METER REPLACEMENT: Two meters remain to be replaced\u2026Deschamps and<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">Quillen homes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3. Approval of Minutes, Mike H. moved, Bill seconded*** and the minutes from September 4th,<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2008 were unanimously approved.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a04. Financial Report (through the end of August): Mike L. presented a comprehensive financial<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">report. (Cyndie Winchell can be contacted for last month\u2019s specific financial information.)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">a. The Deschamps home\u2019s meter my not be reading accurately.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u00a0e. The Adler home\u2019s in and outdoor meters are far unmatched so they are being billed<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">\u00a0according to an average of past year\u2019s bills.<\/p>\n<p>5. Public Input<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\uf0d8 The assets of the homeowners association went to the water district. The<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Homeowners association will dissolve unless leadership moves forward to assume<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">responsibility. The covenants may be moot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\uf0d8 Mike H. asked if Shelly\u2019s services can be used to send a letter out and the answer<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">was yes. The checkbook is missing, but had $200 in it when last known.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a06.
