approved.<\/p>\n
3. Financial Report (through the end of April): Cyndie\u00a0<\/p>\n
a. One homeowner is behind on payment and will soon receive a cut-off notification.\u00a0<\/p>\n
b. The present total balance cash assets = $45,154.29<\/p>\n
c. Revenue\u00a0<\/p>\n

ii. Trial Balance figures were reviewed.<\/p>\n

4. Public Input<\/p>\n
a. Paula ensured the sign-in sheet was fully filled out.<\/p>\n
5. Old Business<\/p>\n
a. EPA Well Status<\/p>\n
i. The EPA drilled a new well that is 80 feet deep and pumps 90-120 gallons per<\/p>\n
minute. The earliest it will be in use is next Thursday.\u00a0<\/p>\n
ii. Water testing will happen for 2-10 days.<\/p>\n
iii. Brian will call Cyndie when the well is ready enough to permit regular water use.<\/p>\n
Cyndie will then call homeowners to inform them of this progress.<\/p>\n
iv. Construction on the tank will begin near July 1st.<\/p>\n
v. A second well will also soon be drilled for the subdivision.<\/p>\n
a. A meeting June 19 for preconstruction planning will be held at the<\/p>\n
Lutheran Church. It will be about 4 hours, beginning at 1:00.<\/p>\n
b. Craig and our board monitor the work.\u00a0<\/p>\n
b. Meter Replacement<\/p>\n
i. Cyndie signed transfer agreement forms submitted by those eligible for a rebate.\u00a0<\/p>\n
ii. Jim asked a question on behalf of Gary Bray and board members confirmed that<\/p>\n
for those who have receipts for a cost higher than $115, actual meter costs can be<\/p>\n
submitted to Mike Lilley who has records of all meter costs.\u00a0<\/p>\n
6. New Business<\/p>\n
a. Engineering<\/p>\n
i. Meeting June 19, 1:00, Patterson Construction.<\/p>\n
b. Water Use Ordinance #1-2008 First Reading<\/p>\n
i. Paula Niccum read the rules and regulations for water use.<\/p>\n
c. Water rate Ordinance #2-2008 First Reading<\/p>\n
i. Cyndie read the document establishing rates\/fees for water and seer usage.<\/p>\n
d. Leach Letter\u00a0<\/p>\n
i. A concern was expressed regarding Canyon River, a topic unrelated to the board\u2019s<\/p>\n
responsibility.<\/p>\n
7. Adjournment At 8:00, Mike H. moved\/Bill seconded***, Tom Walters arrived, and the meeting<\/p>\n
unanimously adjourned.<\/p>\n
