{"id":16202,"date":"2008-05-01T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-05-02T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16202"},"modified":"2008-05-01T18:00:00","modified_gmt":"2008-05-02T01:00:00","slug":"resolution-2008-10-morrow-engelstad-compensation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sunnymeadowswater.com\/?p=16202","title":{"rendered":"Resolution 2008-10 Morrow-Engelstad Compensation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in; text-transform: uppercase;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>A resolution authorizing compensation for owners of certain real properties within the district<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in; text-transform: uppercase;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the District is involved in a variety of upgrade and maintenance projects; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> in order to complete those projects, the District has encumbered properties owned by the Morrow and Engelstad families; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the Morrow and Engelstad families have been most cooperative with the District; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the District wishes to express its appreciation for their cooperation;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District authorizes a recurring credit for the Morrow and Engelstad families subject to the conditions listed below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\">The credit will apply to water usage above the basic amount provided in the normal base charge.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\">The credit will be for up to $50\/month, based on the amount used above the base charge.
