A resolution authorizing compensation for owners of certain real properties within the district<\/b><\/p>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District is involved in a variety of upgrade and maintenance projects; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> in order to complete those projects, the District has encumbered properties owned by the Morrow and Engelstad families; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the Morrow and Engelstad families have been most cooperative with the District; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District wishes to express its appreciation for their cooperation;.<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District authorizes a recurring credit for the Morrow and Engelstad families subject to the conditions listed below:<\/p>\n

    The credit will apply to water usage above the basic amount provided in the normal base charge.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    The credit will be for up to $50\/month, based on the amount used above the base charge. To clarify, see this table:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/colgroup>\n\n\n\n\n\n

  3. \n

    The credit is non-transferrable, and may only be applied within a single month.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    If either property is sold or otherwise transferred, the credit will be eliminated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    The credit will be available for up to 20 years from May 1, 2008, subject to above restrictions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    The credit may only be applied if the account is otherwise in good standing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    The credit has no cash value, and may only be applied to bills issued by the District.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
