A resolution amending the district’s budget for the current fiscal year<\/b><\/p>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has entered into a cooperative agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the EPA has determined to reimburse all expenses the District incurs related to implementing a replacement well; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District anticipates expending approximately $18,000 (eighteen thousand dollars); and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> no provision was made for these expenditures in the current fiscal year budget; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> replacement of the existing well(s) is required for prudent management of the system.<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District appropriates the sum of $18,000 and directs the clerk\/treasurer to allocate said amount to the following programs and objects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<\/colgroup>\n\n\n\n\n\n
