A resolution establishing the district’s preferences regarding contract schedules for the upgrade project<\/b><\/p>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District must conform to Montana state guidelines regarding bidding of contracts for public facilities; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the instructions to bidders provide for bidding of several alternative methods of tank construction; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District must determine in advance its preferences for which alternative will be selected if they are under the project budget; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the board has considered the life cycle costs and benefits of the various methods of contruction.<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District establishes the following order of preference for schedules contained within the bidding instructions:<\/p>\n

    Schedule B \u2013 Glass Lined Steel Tank<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Schedule C \u2013 Epoxy Coated Bolted Tank<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Schedule A \u2013 Welded Steel Tank<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
