text-transform: uppercase;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has been awarded grant funding from two state agencies; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> in order to receive the grant funding awarded, the District must meet DNRC\/RRGL requirements; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> a variety of documentation is required to meet DNRC\/RRGL requirements;
