text-transform: uppercase;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>A resolution authorizing signing a contract with our water operator<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in; text-transform: uppercase;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has been utilizing the services of Brian Hensel as our water operator; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has been doing so under the terms of his agreement with the Homeowners Association; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the District feels it important to formalize the terms of Brian&#8217;s contract;
