and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the District took over two months to acquire the services of a replacement for Josie Parrish after she formally gave notice; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> Josie has continued to fill the position with the District throughout this period;
