A resolution amending the bylaws of the district<\/b><\/p>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District established bylaws on October 7th<\/sup>, 2006; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District’s Bylaws called for director compensation to be paid after the end of the fiscal year; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District subsequently changed its Fiscal Year to coincide with that of Missoula County; and<\/p>\n

WHEREAS,<\/b> the District needs to change its bylaws to conform to the new Fiscal Year.<\/p>\n

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District amend the Bylaws by changing the director compensation month from January to August.<\/p>\n

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st<\/sup> day of November, 2007<\/p>\n
