text-transform: uppercase;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the District will from time to time be required to engage personnel to fulfill contracts with the District;
