A resolution approving an understanding with homeowners in the district<\/b><\/p>\n
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has been working with the homeowners at 4949 Old Marshall Grade Road to address concerns with the portions of the water system across their property; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the homeowners have been most cooperative in addressing concerns which benefit the community as a whole; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the costs incurred by the homeowners were substantial, and incurred in some part due to advice from a previous water system operator; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS,<\/b> the board concurs that it would be fair to compensate the homeowner for a portion of the costs.<\/p>\n
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,<\/b> that the District approves signing the attached memorandum of understanding, and delivering a credit to the affected homeowners as stated therein.<\/p>\n
