RESOLUTION OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY<\/p>\n
WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT, MONTANA, CONFIRMING<\/p>\n
CANVASS OF VOTES<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the District as follows:<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Section 1. Recitals<\/span>.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n 1.01 An election was conducted on June 26, 2007, within the Sunny Meadows Missoula<\/p>\n County Water and Sewer District, Montana (the “District”) by the Missoula County Election<\/p>\n Administrator pursuant to a mail ballot election for the purpose of determining whether the<\/p>\n District should be authorized to issue water system revenue bonds in the amount of up to<\/p>\n $250,000 payable over a term of no more than 20 years (the “Bonds”), all pursuant to a<\/p>\n resolution of the District approved by the District Board on April 19, 2007.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n 1.02. A canvass of the election conducted on June 26, 2007, by the judges of the election<\/p>\n appointed by the Board of County Commissioners of Missoula County and a report prepared by<\/p>\n Missoula County officials concluded that the issuance of the Bonds had been authorized by the<\/p>\n electors in the District in that of the 119<\/span> mail election ballots entitled to be cast, 90<\/span> mail election<\/p>\n ballots were duly and validly cast, with 90<\/span> persons voting in favor of the issuance of the Bonds<\/p>\n and 0<\/span> persons voting against, with those voting constituting approximately 75<\/span>% of the eligible<\/p>\n electors in the District and those voting in favor of the proposition being 100<\/span>% of the total votes<\/p>\n cast, all in accordance with Section 7-13-2328, M.C.A.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Section 2. Confirmation of Canvass<\/span>. The Board has reviewed the Canvass of Votes Cast<\/p>\n at the Sunny Meadows Missoula County Water and Sewer District Election Held in Missoula<\/p>\n County on June 26, 2007, and the Reconciliation related thereto as conducted and signed by the<\/p>\n Missoula County Board of Commissioners and the County Election Administrator on<\/p>\n _______________, 2007.
