a. Bill moved, Cyndie seconded*** and the minutes from April 19, 2007 were unanimously<\/p>\n
approved.<\/p>\n
3. Financial Information<\/p>\n
a. Dale Bickell attended. \u00a0He is the chief financial officer (CFO) for Missoula County.<\/p>\n
b. Cyndie reported the district\u2019s finances as typically presented and Dale added additional<\/p>\n
information and guidance to the board. \u00a0Two reports were distributed for March 2007.<\/p>\n
c. All of the District\u2019s funds are now transferred. \u00a0All of the checks are cleared as evidenced<\/p>\n
by the zero balance on the front page.<\/p>\n

a. Funding Update<\/p>\n
i. Governor Scweitzer signed both essential bills for our water project into law today.<\/p>\n
b. Grant Administration<\/p>\n
i. Mike will email the criterion proposals were to answer. \u00a0Two were received, one<\/p>\n
from Great West Engineering and the other from Beard Environmental and<\/p>\n
Technical Assistance.<\/p>\n
ii. Mike, Cyndie & Tom agreed to read.<\/p>\n
iii. Each board member will call 2 references by May 13th. \u00a0Things like project on time,<\/p>\n
problems?, how solved?, under\/on budget, hire again if could? and satisfaction<\/p>\n
regarding communication will be investigated. \u00a0<\/p>\n
c. Bond Election<\/p>\n
i. Board members can state facts and encourage homeowners to vote.<\/p>\n
ii. Mike provided proposed letter to send to homeowners about the election and it was<\/p>\n
slightly edited.<\/p>\n
6. New Business<\/p>\n
a. Sewer Maintenance<\/p>\n
i. Bill is arranging for Sweet Pea to pump the 6000\u00adgallon tank.<\/p>\n
b. Summer Watering Restrictions<\/p>\n
i. Concern was voiced about this summer\u2019s water supply. \u00a0Odd and Even day<\/p>\n
watering plans will be sent in June.<\/p>\n
ii. There was discussion about repair of a fire hydrant. \u00a0Mike will explore this issue.<\/p>\n
c. November Election<\/p>\n
i. Bill, Tom & Mike H\u2019s terms on the water district board expire January 2008. \u00a0<\/p>\n
ii. It takes obtaining five (5) signatures from fellow Sunny Meadows voters to run and<\/p>\n
new board members are welcome.<\/p>\n
