a. President, Mike Lilley, called the meeting to order at 7:04 P.M.<\/p>\n
2. Approval of Minutes<\/p>\n
a. Tom moved, Bill seconded *** and the minutes from Feb 1st, 2007 were unanimously<\/p>\n
approved.<\/p>\n
3. Financial Information : \u00a0Cyndie presented<\/p>\n
a. Financial information was deposited with the county mid\u00adway through the month.<\/p>\n
b. There is no report this evening because the county reports will be issued the month after any<\/p>\n
transactions. \u00a0i.e. Next month we will review February.<\/p>\n
c. No one is even 30 days past due on their water\/sewer bill. \u00a0THANK YOU TO ALL SUNNY<\/p>\n

4. Public Input: One question was asked about the legislature that will be addressed later.<\/p>\n
5. Old Business : \u00a0<\/p>\n
a. Meters. \u00a0Tabled for next meeting. \u00a0<\/p>\n
6. New Business<\/p>\n
a. A recent Missoulian article announced the House Bill 11 was voted down. \u00a0This bill was vital<\/p>\n
to our funding.\u00a0<\/p>\n
i. A party\u00adline vote defeated HB 11. \u00a0HB 6 is stalled in committee.<\/p>\n
ii. There is still the possibility that something may be voted in during the last half of the<\/p>\n
legislative session.<\/p>\n
iii. Health and safety issues, such as water quality and availability should be a priority<\/p>\n
for our representatives.<\/p>\n
iv. It is very discouraging that we have spent $45,000 to meet funding agency<\/p>\n
requirements, and if the bills do not go through, that money would be lost.<\/p>\n
v. The governor can refuse to sign even if it is resurrected.<\/p>\n
b. Democrats and republicans differ in philosophy of how to fund the proposals, although it<\/p>\n
seemed to be well known that most were supported, including our upgrade. \u00a0Homeowners are<\/p>\n
