text-transform: uppercase;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>A resolution Authorizing discussion of contract terms<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in; text-transform: uppercase;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF directors of the sunny meadows Missoula county water and sewer district:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has been using Josie Parrish and Brian Hensel to conduct the operations of the water and septic systems run by the District; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the District has been continuing the contract originally signed by the HOA; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.12in;\"><b>WHEREAS,<\/b> the District is satisfied with the performance and conduct of both Josie and Brian;
