RESOLUTION NUMBER: 2006\u00ad-10<\/h1>\n

A RESOLUTION ALTERING THE DISTRICT’S FISCAL YEAR<\/h1>\n

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUNNY MEADOWS MISSOULA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT:<\/h1>\n
WHEREAS<\/strong>, the District was incorporated as a water and sewer district under the provisions of Title 7,<\/div>\n
Chapter 13, parts 22 and 23 \u00a0M.C.A.; and<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
WHEREAS<\/strong>, the District has adopted bylaws defining it’s fiscal year to be the same as a calendar year;<\/div>\n
and<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
WHEREAS<\/strong>, Missoula County has a fiscal year which runs from July 1st to June 30th<\/div>\n
; and<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
WHEREAS<\/strong>, Missoula County’s accounting system is unable to provide budget and other reports for a<\/div>\n
fiscal year other than that used by Missoula County; and<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
WHEREAS<\/strong>, Missoula County has recommended and requested that we alter our fiscal year to match<\/div>\n
the fiscal year used by the Missoula County accounting system.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED<\/strong>, that the District adopt a fiscal year which runs from July 1st to<\/div>\n
June 30th, and amend the bylaws to reflect this change.<\/div>\n

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th\u00a0day of October, 2006<\/div>\n
